Attending the Friends of Charity Auto Fair can mean spending the whole day or well into the night outside at the Raleigh County Memorial Airport. We've taken the liberty of putting together some helpful hints and other pertinent information below to assist you in your planning.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
The Friends of Charity Auto Fair is held on the spacious grounds of The Raleigh County Memorial Airport, which is conveniently located just off of Interstate 64, exit 125-B in Beckley, West Virginia.
From North & West
Take I-64 East/I-77 South to EXIT 40 (I-64 East towards Lewisburg). Travel on I-64 East to EXIT 125-B (county route 9/9). Continue traveling to the traffic control station. From there you will be directed to the appropriate parking area.
From South
Take I-77 North to EXIT 40 (I-64 East towards Lewisburg). Travel on I-64 East to EXIT 125-B. Continue traveling to the traffic control station. From there you will be directed to the appropriate parking area.
From East
Take I-64 West to EXIT 125 (county route 9/9). Continue traveling to the traffic control station. From there you will be directed to the appropriate parking area.
PLEASE NOTE: Members of our city, county and state police will direct you to the appropriate parking areas. Please follow their instructions to help ensure a smooth traffic flow.
PARKING AND SHUTTLE SERVICE
The Friends of Charity Auto Fair is pleased to offer FREE parking and shuttle service to our patrons throughout the weekend. When you arrive at the show, members of the Beckley City Police Dept., Raleigh County Sheriff's Dept. and WV State Police will direct you to the appropriate parking area. To ensure smooth traffic flow, please follow their instructions.
PARKING
Traffic control will direct. You will catch the shuttle buses at the various parking locations near the site.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
Shuttle buses, courtesy of Raleigh County Community Action Association, will run from the parking areas to the show grounds during our hours of operation.
LODGING AND CAMPING
For our out of town patrons attending the event, Beckley has several Lodging options available - some close to interstate access. For more on local lodging options, visit the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE & SECURITY
The Friends of Charity Auto Fair has enlisted the help of several of our local, state and federal emergency agencies to ensure our patrons are safe and have access to medical assistance in case of an emergency. Remember, in the event of an emergency, dial 911.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
There are two medical stations on-site at the Friends of Charity Auto Fair. One is next to the front entrance of the show grounds and the other is located next to the concert field entrance. Both are manned during our hours of operation. Ambulances are also on-site standing by and there are two major hospitals and a number of major chain pharmacies in and around Beckley.
SECURITY
There is a command post overlooking the show grounds manned by members of our local, state and federal emergency agencies throughout the weekend. The event will also have twenty-four hour on-site security patrolling the grounds.
