FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

Join us as a food vendor at the Friends of Charity Auto Fair! We're excited to offer a diverse array of culinary delights to our attendees. To participate, please ensure your application reaches us by May 1, 2024.

Alongside your application, we require a photo showcasing your concession setup, a detailed menu with prices, and proof of a $1 million insurance policy. Illegible applications will not be considered, so please ensure clarity. The fee for this year's fair is $350 per stand, with an additional $50 for electricity provision. Water will be supplied, but vendors must bring their own food-grade water hose. Set-up will take place on Thursday, July 11, 2024, with assigned times coordinated by our representatives.
